Assistant Director – Learner Financial Services
This position is responsible for the overall supervision of the Learner Financial Services Advisors and provides guidance, direction, and support to that area. This position will work in conjunction with the Director of LFS in an effort to maintain Title IV compliance while also offering outstanding service to our Learners.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of two years recent experience in a managerial role within a financial aid office.
• Extensive experience with Title IV federal regulations and compliance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• All skills, abilities and education will be considered for minimum qualifications.
